The Service is provided for the purpose of encrypting and decrypting image files. You agree to use the Service responsibly and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for remembering the password you use to encrypt your files. Because we operate on a zero-knowledge basis, we have no way to recover your password or decrypt your files if you forget it. **Lost passwords result in permanently inaccessible files.**

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You use the Service at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PixCrypt be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PixCrypt's website, even if PixCrypt has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
